First and foremost, I have recieved an Air Force ROTC scholarship. The Air Force is going to give me 9000 dollars a year to pay for tuition towards school and I will in turn give them 8 years of my life. (Five active-duty and three in reserve status)

Second, I have been accepted to the three schools I applied to.

Worchester Polytechnic Institute
University of Connecticut
Central Connecticut State University

As much as I would have liked to go to Worchester, because they are a pretty nice school, I have to go to UConn, just because of the fiscal restaints offered by the ROTC scholarship.

Granted UConn is not a bad school, just not my first choice.

And last but not least I got a new laptop computer.

It's an ASUS with a duo processor at 2.13ghz and 360 GB of hard drive, 4GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce 9600m GS graphics card with 1GB of memory.

All in all, It's a good day to be alive.
